Monique Jernigan created Tumble Dry Lo™, as a leadership and culture company rooted in the belief that given how hard leading is, it shouldn’t cost you your peace.
A first-generation college graduate, professional, and now CEO, Monique brings lived experience and deep organizational expertise to every room she enters. Her care-centered approach and Lo-Heat Leadership™ framework helps organizations, managers, and teams replace burnout with balance through data, training, and community.
She’s worked across higher education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors—coaching executives, training managers, and designing culture change that actually sticks. Her signature blend of humor, honesty, and humanity helps leaders disrupt the “dryer cycle” of burnout and lead with care, clarity, and confidence.
Through Tumble Dry Lo™, Mo offers the Tumble Dry 360 (organizational climate assessment), manager and team trainings, executive coaching, and keynotes for audiences ready to trade performance for presence—and lead with care that lasts.
